Service Description
This 2 hour course is perfect for those that wish to learn more about the starfish species on our shores and why now, more than ever, we need to change our ways towards them. You will learn about their anatomy, their welfare and how to rescue them on the shore. Perfect for those adults that take children to the beach. *** PLEASE READ BELOW*** * This training day is for adults only. * Led by a member of Beach Academy staff. * Live species are not guaranteed on your day. * All field equipment included in your day. * Times vary with the tides. * Learning is 100% outdoors in all weathers. Dress appropriately. * No dogs are allowed at Beach Academy. * Coastal council parking charges may apply. Please check.
