Service Description

Beach Academy offers monthly learning adventures on the South Wales coast for families that home educate linking them to the coastal environment through marine and environmental activities and learning. These are hands on in-person sessions bringing coastal exploration to life, delivered by qualified beach teachers. Home Ed Family * Frequency: 2 sessions a month. (Porthcawl Thursday / Vale Wednesday) * Beaches: Alternating between Rest Bay in Porthcawl and Llanwit (or Ogmore) Beach in the Vale of Glamorgan. * Duration: From 11-1pm * Beach Teacher: Emma * Ages: Open to all ages and abilities. At least one adult must be present and take part with their child(ren). * No dogs (sorry!).  * Outdoors (unless told otherwise).
