Service Description

Join a beach teacher combing the seashore strandline in search of creatures washed up on the shore. Strandlines are full of marine life and during this class learn to identify and spot the species remains, eggcases and clues to life in our oceans. - Activities that take place on the foreshore can be uneven and rocky. Please mind your step. - A safety briefing will be given at the start of your activity. Please arrive on time. - All equipment provided - Wear appropriate clothing and footwear, lessons are outdoors. - No dogs at Beach Academy lessons - All children must be accompanied by at least one adult - 90 minute lesson led by a beach teacher - Council parking charges may apply at this beach, please check.
